GJ-301 铣床系统数控装置采用先进的开放式体系结构,内置嵌入式工业 CPU 板卡,配置 8.4”彩色液晶显示屏和标准机床工程面板,集成轴控制接口,通用(本机)I/O 接口,远程(同步串行I/O)接口,网络接口和 USB 接口。具有高性能、配置灵活、结构紧凑、易于使用、可靠性高的特点。
产品技术特点:
X,Y,Z 三轴联动,可选配第四轴;
最小设定单位 0.001mm/0.001deg;
内嵌式高速软 PLC,基本指令处理时间 3µs/setp,可以在线编辑梯形图和查看梯形图状态显示,实现 PLC 实时监控,另附带 PLC 示波器查看功能和一键式上传,下载功能;具有双向螺距误差补偿,反向间隙补偿,自动零漂补偿,刀具长度补偿,刀尖半径补偿功能;采用直线型和 S 曲线型加减速控制,适应高速,高精加工;
采用微小线段的动态前瞻处理,有效地实现小线段加工处理中的速度光滑和尖角过渡问题,从而改善工件的表面加工质量,提高加工效率;可车削公/英制、单头/多头的直螺纹,锥螺纹,端面螺纹,变螺距螺纹,及螺纹退尾处理;具有多种车削循环功能,粗车循环,端面粗车循环,型车复合循环,螺纹切削复合循环等;具有主轴恒定表面切削功能,主轴定位、定向功能,Cs 轴功能,和第二主轴控制功能;支持工件程序后台编辑和操作,系统参数备份,报警履历显示,日志功能,集成中英文界面显示,和利用 USB 实现一键式系统升级功能并且支持 PC 机与数控系统的远程控制。
