Cscape 9.60 SP5 Software Release NotesHorner APG attempts to ensure full upward compatibility for new releases of Cscape. However, prior to deploying any new software package, users should take necessary steps to validate that the new software does not introduce problems in their application.
Carefully read these steps prior to downloading and installing Cscape 9.60 - SP5:
NOTE: Previous Cscape 9.60 Service Pack versions are SP4, SP3 and SP1. There was no SP2 release.
 If you choose to install Cscape 9.60 and retain previous full versions of Cscape (such as 9.50), you must move the previous full versions to new folder(s) prior to installing Cscape 9.60.
 Backup all application files (.csp) prior to using Cscape 9.60. Once application files are saved in Cscape 9.60, they can no longer be opened with previous versions of Cscape.
 Horner APG attempts to ensure full upward compatibility for new releases of Cscape. However, prior to deploying any new software package, users should take necessary steps to validate that the new software does not introduce problems in their application.
 Cscape 9.10B added an ‘Auto Update’ from the Internet feature. This is currently being used to install service packs only. If you currently have Cscape 9.60 SP1, SP3, or SP4 this method cannot be used to acquire the new SP5. As SP5 is a new install please ensure that the same backup precautions are used pertaining to programs created with SP1, SP3 or SP4. Programs opened and saved in SP5 will NOT be compatible with SP1, SP3 or SP4.
 Download Cscape 9.60 SP5 directly from the Horner website, rather than Auto Update from the SP1, SP3 or SP4 version of Cscape 9.60, you must uninstall SP1, SP3 or SP4 and install Cscape 9.60 SP5.
