注意:安装时候,会提示安装文件错误,不用理会,忽略即可,不会影响正常使用
这是一款老软件支持操作系统Windows 95/98/NT 4.0/2000/xp 其他操作系统windows 7/10没有测试过兼容性未知。

*** 1. System requirements ***

  - At least Intel 486 PC (Pentium 166 or higher recommended).
  - Microsoft Windows 95, Microsoft Windows 98, Microsoft Windows NT 4.0,
    Microsoft Windows 2000 or Microsoft Windows XP.
  - At least 32 MByte memory.
  - At least 60 MByte free space on fixed disk.
  - To ensure a correct display, choose in
    Display Properties->Settings->Font Size the setting "Small Fonts".

*** 2. Documentation ***

  You can use the help function in DriveTop only when the documentation for
  the used firmware is present on the system as well. If it is not, you can
  assign other help systems with the menue item "Help->Settings". You can get
  context sensitive help any time via the right mouse button, as long as the
  help system is installed.

*** 3. Programm composition ***

  When you start DriveTop, various programs are started (DriveServer, SCP,
  SCP DDE Server, OfflineServer), depending on the chosen communication type.

*** 4. Choosing the connection ***

  With drives of the Indradrive, Ecodrive and DIAX ranges, you can communicate
  online via the RS-232 interface or via a SERCANS card. Offline, you can compose
  the desired configuration of your equipment (Ecodrive and Diax), and afterwards,
  you can create parameter files, to load them online into a drive later.
  Communication via SoftSERCANS is available when SoftSERCANS was installed on the
  computer in Version 2.
  If a Hilscher Profibus master was installed in the system, DriveTop can use the
  Profibus for parameter communication if a Hilscher CIF-Device driver was
  configured.

*** 5. Online RS-232/485 EcoDrive/Diax ***

  You should use this communication via the serial interface (RSKO protocol) for
  Ecodrive and Diax. But you could also communicate with Indradrive. The DriveServer
  is started. In the DriveServer, the interface used for the communication must be set.
  In the debug window of the DriveServer, the communication over the serial interface
  can be monitored and recorded. If a drive is to be addressed in an RS-485 bus, the
  RS-485 operation must be activated in the DriveServer.
        
*** 6. Online RS232 Indradrive ***

  This communication takes place via the serial interface via the
  SIS protocol. For communication, the SCP and its DDE server are started.
  All drives supporting the SIS protocol (Indradrive und Ecodrive) are addressed.
  During the establishment of a connection, the attempt to establish the connection with
  an existing configuration is always made. If the SCP does not contain any valid
  configuration, the current connection settings are displayed and you then have the
  possibility to establish a connection via "Scan drives".

*** 7. Online via SERCANS ***

  During the establishment of a connection communication takes place via a SERCANS card
  under the serial interface that was set, via the SCP and its DDE server. Therefor
  the attempt is first made to use an existing configuration with SERCANS card in the
  SCP. If the establishment of communication fails, a configuration is automatically
  created in the SCP. If it is impossible to find a SERCANS card, the current connection
  settings are displayed. If the dialog with the connection settings is closed with "ok",
  the attempt to establish a connection is made immediately.

*** 8. Online via field bus ***

  DriveTop is able to communicate via Profibus with drives of the Ecodrive range.
  In this case the communication takes place via the Hilscher Communication Interface
  PCMCIA PROFIBUS-DP/FMS master.
  The precondition is a correctly configured Hilscher CIF-Device driver.
  This type of communication, however, is only supported with field bus drive firmware
  releases higher than FWA-ECODR3-FGP-03V24-MS and FWA-DRIVE*-FGP-20V12-MS.
  If a valid parameter channel has been configured on the Hilscher Communication Interface
  PCMCIA PROFIBUS-DP/FMS master, DriveTop will use this valid parameter channel.
  But if there isn't any parameter channel valid, DriveTop will use a temporary parameter
  channel for communication. The value of the parameter P-0-4083 "Length of parameter
  channel in DP" is irrelevant in this case and can be zero.

*** 9. Simulation Offline ***
        
  During a simulation offline, the DriveServer is started. It contains an offline
  configurator, with which you can create projects. A project can comprise up to
  127 different drives (Ecodrive, Diax). Afterwards, you can open existing projects
  in DriveTop. During the offline configuration, you set all the hardware components
  like amplifier, motor type, as well as the used firmware. The offline simulation
  allows you to create parameter backups, which you can load again in an online
  session.


*** 10. Causes for noise in communication on RS232/485 Ecodrive/Diax ***

  To ensure an error-free communication the serial interface, the FIFO buffer
  for the interface in use must be deactivated:
  - Windows 95 and Windows 98:
      With "Settings->Control Panel->System->Device Manager->;Ports",
      open the properties dialogue of the serial interface in use for the
      communication (COM1 - COM8). In "Port Settings->Advanced",
      deactivate now the FIFO.
  - Windows NT 4.0:
      Deactivate the FIFO with
      "Settings->Control Panel->;Ports->Settings->Advanced".
  - Windows 2000:
      Deactivate the FIFO in
      "Settings->Control Panel->System->Hardware->Device Manager->;Ports->
                   Port Settings->Advanced".

  SIEMENS PG:
  ***********
  Some Siemens PG's use Power Management. In order for DriveTop to be able to
  communicate without errors to the drives using the serial interface, you must
  disable the Power Management in the BIOS for these Siemens PG's (APM disabled).

  LAPTOP:
  *******
  In order to prevent errors in the serial communication, some laptops require
  that the battery power monitoring is disabled in the BIOS.

*** 11. Malfunction in dialog "Motor parameters" ***

  If it is not possible to select motor type keys in the dialog
  "Drive functions->Motor parameters" under the tab "Indramat motor",
  database access components may be not correctly installed.
  Remedy: Start the program mac_typ2.exe in the subdirectory DriveTop\16V11\MDAC.
        Then restart the DriveTop setup and select the option "repair".

*** 12. Field weakening operation of asynchronous motors with IndraDrive ***

  In the case of IndraDrive, the voltage loop for field weakening operation of asynchronous
  motors is set by motor-specific values of
    - P-0-0553, Voltage loop proportional gain
    - P-0-0534, Voltage loop integral action time.
  For asynchronous Rexroth motors there aren't yet any motor-specific values available for
  these parameters. It therefore is default values that are first taking effect for these
  parameters. They have to be manually set to motor-specific values!

  Calculating of motor-specific values:
        P-0-0533 = 3.0 / [ P-0-4036 * P-0-0018 * (P-0-4039 + P-0-4040) ]
        P-0-0534 = P-0-4043

  Within a short time there will be manufacturer-side motor-specific values available!
  They will be made available when loading the motor parameters via the "DriveTop" commissioning
  tool or, if required, via the motor data memory.

*** 13. Error at program start of DriveTop ***

  If an error message is generated at the program start of DriveTop, its cause might be MDAC - Microsoft Database
  Access Components - not working correctly. Database access is controlled via MDAC.

  Please install a current version of MDAC - Microsoft Database Access Components -
  in the language matching your operating system, e.g. in version 2.8, English:
  http://www.microsoft.com/downloa ... 396c&DisplayLang=de

  When doing this, please observe the Microsoft safety instructions!
  Then please reinstall DriveTop 16Vxx.

  The DriveTop CD contains the English version of MDAC 2.5 (in subdirectory DatabaseComponents\MDAC).

*** 14. Error at start of oscilloscope function ***

  If an exception occurrs at the start of the oscilloscope function, as a workaround delete the files
  "osci.arv" and "osci.set" in subdirectory "System" of the current DriveTop version
  (e.g. C:\Programs\Indramat\DriveTop\16V11\System).


*** 15. Crash when opening a file selector ***

  DriveTop crashes on some US Windows 95 systems in the menu item "File->Open project"
  and in the dialogs "File->Load", "File->Save" in the function "Change".
  The cause is a incompatible system dll (comdlg32.dll).
  This dll can be changed by executing the setup
  "Comdlg Bugfix\setup.exe" on the DriveTop CD.
  Attention: The replacement of the incompatible Dll version by the compatible Dll
  belonging to this system could affect functions of other programs.

*** 16. Requried user rights (Windows 2000, XP with NTFS filesystem) ***

  DriveTop requires write permission to the directories in which DriveTop  was installed. For Windows 2000 with NTFS file system it is therefore necessary to provide this write permission for all users who need DriveTop.

  DriveTop 16VRS reuires write permission to the
     - DriveTop directory,
       in standard installation: C:\program files\Indramat\DriveTop\...
     - DriveTop driectory for the common files,
       in standard installation: C:\program files\common files\IndShared\..
  In windows operating systems with a NTFS filesystem all users working with DriveTop 16VRS must have this write permission.

  With the command cacls in the command line the administrator could give the users or user groups the needed rights. Look also in the windows help about the  cacls command.

  Examples:
    Rights for all members of the group: Assign user:

    cacls "c:\program files\Indramat\DriveTop  /t /e /g user:f
    cacls "c:\program files\common files\IndShared\DriveTop" /t /e /g user:f
