- setting back to factory settings is not necessary if CUVC is new
如果CUVC是新的就没有必要设置回工厂设置
- switch off the electronics power
断开电子模板的电源
- disconnect Profibus
断开Profibus的连接
- replace CUVC
更换CUVC板
- switch on electronics power supply (no Profibus connected)
接通电子模板的电源（Profibus不要连接）
- set P060 = 4, P918 = Profibus address, P060 = 7
设置P060 = 4, P918 = Profibus 的地址, P060 = 7
- connect Profibus (all indicators are blinking of communication is ok)
连接Profibus（通讯正常的所有指示都在闪烁）
- check model number:
检查模板的序列号
- if only CUVC is new, set P060 = 8, P070 = old inverter model number, P060= 7 如果CUVC板是新的，设置P060 = 8, P070 = 旧的逆变器序列号, P060 = 7
- if the complete inverter is new, this number isalready inside
如果完整的逆变器是新的，这个序列号已经存在装置内
- check electronics software version P069.1 = 3.x, should be 3.4, otherwise upgrade the software / firmware version
检查电子模板的软件版本P069.1 = 3.x，使其成为3.4, 否则，更新软件 / 固件版本
- download the parameters
下装参数
- switch on the remaining fuses
接通其余的开关
2. additional information for changingthe T400 technology board:
更换T400工艺板的附加信息
- switch off the electronics power
断开电子模板的电源
- remove the T400 / exchange to new one; put the dongle / software protection PAL into the new board
拔出T400 ，将该T400板上的看门狗（dongle）或着叫软件保护器PAL取出，安装到新的T400板上（没有安装该保护模块的T400板可以被下装程序，但运行中会出现报错）。
- switch on the electronics power

- open Simatic Manager
打开Simatic Manager
- change PG/PC setting in the Simatic Manager to DUST1 (COM1) connection
在Simatic Manager中更改PG/PC设置为DUST1 (COM1)连接方式
编译（compile）硬件组态
- compile software (if problem with Library, open project with Library and change the CFC/Options/Customize/Compile options to “use Libraries from project”)
编译（compile）软件（如果有Library问题，打开有Library的项目，然后改变CFC/Options/Customize/Compileoptions to “use Libraries from project”）
- download software, ignore error message, next window choose “RESTART”
下装软件，忽略错误消息，在下面出现的对话窗口中选择“RESTART”
- open DriveMonitor, make new setting with T400 parameters “SHEAR_LINES”
打开DriveMonitor，生成一个有T400参数的设置“SHEAR_LINES”
-> if “SHEAR_LINES” not exist, use “File/Learn Database” or go online andpress “Generate Database” to make new database
如果“SHEAR_LINES”不存在，使用“File/Learn Database”或者在线，然后按击“Generate Database”生成新的数据库
重新启动电源（即将电子模板的电源关断后重新接通）
将CUVC在线，其目的是要看T400的参数（即U 参数/H参数/C参数/L参数）
下装T400参数
- make Power On Reset
在参数表的任务栏中选择“Power On Reset”
ATTENTION:
注意以下故障处理
· the shear is not synchronized anymore
飞剪还不能同步
-> check parameter c704 if shear is in home position (1=yes, 0=no); if not,move to home position with jogging
首先检查参数表中的参数c704，如果此时飞剪不在起始位（1＝起始位，0＝非起始位）；如果不在起始位，那么使用点动操作将飞剪调到起始位。
-> set parameter L728 to “1” and then to “0”again
随后将参数L728先置为“1”，再置回到“0”
-> shear is synchronized
此时飞剪达到同步
· after compiling, you can not goonline any more
在程序被编译之后，不能在线看程序
way1： for going online use backup project without compiling
方法1：用没有编译的备份项目在线
way2：after download and restart, online is ok
方法2：在下装和重启之后，在线功能正常
